After studying at the Conservatoire National Supérieur d'Art Dramatique, Alix Poisson began by acting in the theater. She has notably worked with Philippe Adrien, Daniel Mesguich, Muriel Mayette, Gerard Desarthe and recently with Salomé Lelouch in "Justice" in 2018. In 2009, the public discovered her on screen in "Parcours meurtrier d’une mère ordinaire: l’affaire Courjault", by Jean Xavier de Lestrade, director Oscar-winning in 2002 for the documentary "Un coupable idéal". This is the beginning of a long collaboration, with "La Disparition" - FIPA d'Or 2011, "3X Manon", "Jeux d'Influence" seasons 1 and 2, and "Laetitia" - series selected at the Sundance Film Festival. She explores as much the register of drama in "Les Revenants" by Fabrice Gobert, "Disparue" by Charlotte Brandström - series for which she gets the award for best actress at the Series mania Festival in 2014, and in "Germinal" directed by David Hourrègue.
In the comedy register, she played in "Quai d'Orsay", by Bertrand Tavernier, "Mon Cousin" by Jan Kounen, "Tout pour être heureux" by Cyril Gelblat, and again in the very popular mini-series "Parents mode d'emploi". Bilingual, she has acted in English. In the theater, in a production of "Much Ado About Nothing" by William Shakespeare - directed by Clément Poirée. On screen, in "Maximilian", by Andreas Prochaska and again in "The Collection" by Oliver Goldsmith (Amazon). The short film "1432" is her first time as a director.
