This is the result of a close partnership between MaCaO 7e Art and Normandie Animation, two networks of professionals wishing to promote the distribution of quality animated short films in all corners of Normandy. The operation is unprecedented and unique on the scale of the region. This programming is the result of a subtle dosage refined with love, that is to say indeed La crème de la crème of contemporary animated production enjoyable at all ages.
