Synopsis
EXT. DAY - A sunny Sunday morning on a café terrace: Isabelle, an actor whose career is in a rut, meets Johanne, her agent, who might have a new part for her. Tension mounts both at the table and in the surroundings. Will expectations be met?

Marc-Antoine Lemire
After completing a Bachelor's degree in film studies at UQAM, Marc-Antoine directed a number of independent short films, including "Pre-Drink" (2017), which received recognition at more than a hundred international festivals and won the Best Canadian Short Film award at TIFF and the IRIS for Best Short Fiction at the Gala Québec Cinéma. Continuing on his quest for unrestrained cinema, he directed and produced his first feature-length fiction film, "Mistral Spatial", which was released in Quebec theaters in early 2023. In addition to his new short film "Extras", the result of nearly 8 years of gestation, Marc-Antoine is currently completing post-production on another short, while writing his next feature film.
