Synopsis
A surreal encounter on an isolated beach forces a young woman to confront her reality. One night, 19-year-old Raegan flees a violent encounter with her boyfriend. After driving through the night scared and alone, she feels compelled to return to her abuser. On the journey back, she stops at a beautiful secluded beach where she discovers a dead body lying on the sand.

Amelia Moses
Originally hailing from the West Coast, Amelia Moses has called Montreal home for over ten years. As a filmmaker she is interested in female-driven stories of the macabre and the uncanny. Her first feature Bleed With Me (writer, director, producer) premiered at the Fantasia International Film Festival and was distributed as a Shudder Original in 2021. Her second feature Bloodthirsty (director) was the closing film at Austin’s Fantastic Fest and was nominated for two Canadian Screen Awards. She recently directed the thriller Guess Who (Incendo) for Tubi and is currently finalizing a new short film called Her Body shot in Nova Scotia. She recently won the 2024 BANFF Jean-Marc Vallée bursary. She is a DGC member and occasionally produces through her production company Havoc Films.
