Marilou Caravecchia-Pelletier
Upon her graduation with a BA in Cinema at UQAM, Marilou Caravecchia-Pelletier won best screenplay for Harevan, her final student project. Harevan has since screened at several film festivals, most notably at Camerimage in Poland. At the heart of this young filmmaker’s creative universe is the mother-daughter relationship and the beauty and fragility of these family ties, which she explores with gentleness and humanity. White Rose is her first professional film.
