Sunset Valentine
Synopsis
Marseille, France. Eighteen-year-old Awa is bored spending her summer evenings with her two friends, Charifa and Salomé, in the huge open-air parking lot of the “Centre Valentine” shopping center. To ward off boredom, the friends like to set themselves increasingly absurd challenges. When Charifa's eyes fall on a stranger in the parking lot, her friend challenges her to approach him.

Rémi Sogadji
Rémi Sogadji graduated from CinéFabrique's scriptwriting department in 2020. His diploma film Mirages was selected at the Rhode Island International Film Festival. In 2021, he developed a series of introductory film workshops, culminating in the short film Saint-Lazare Palace. He directed Au-delà des murs (Beyond the Walls), the film's original story stemming from a writing workshop organized by La Quinzaine en Actions and the Parcours de femmes association.
