Totem
Synopsis
Thomas lives with his girlfriend Aline, his mother Mme Belkacem and Mourad, an intrusive next-door neighbor. A pizza deliveryman rings the doorbell. Despite his refusal, Thomas forces the deliveryman to stay for dinner. How does a Christmas Eve that was supposed to be a convivial affair turn into a settling of scores around a table plagued by things left unsaid, in front of a stunned guest?

Khalifa Belouzaa
Khalifa Belouzaa has been a singer-songwriter since 1993. Singer of the band Positive Radical Sound until 2007, he then worked for ten years with the world-famous duo Sly and Robbie. It was during this musical journey, with many concerts and collaborations (Sugar Minott, Tiken Jah Fakoly, Mad Professor, Winston McAnuff), that he discovered a particular passion for making music videos. In 2021, he took the plunge and wrote his first short fiction film, "Totem", as part of the "Talents en court" program.
