Amélie Hardy
After studying cinema at UQÀM, Amélie directed several short films. Her documentary approach, combining humanity, aestheticism and ingenuity in staging reality, defines her artistic signature. Her films (Notes sur la mémoire et l'oubli, La vie heureuse, Train Hopper) have won numerous awards and several internationally renowned festivals selections. Amélie directs the documentary series "Chroniques de la vie ordinaire" (TV5) and also works in advertising under the Les enfants banner. In 2022, Amélie was nominated for the Prix de la relève at the Prix Gémeaux gala.
