Vincent René-Lortie

Vincent René-Lortie is a Montréal-based film director. His work navigates between poetic, dreamlike, and surrealistic narratives across multiple genres like animation, science fiction, and dance. Recently, Vincent has created two purposeful short films, "Invincible", which won the International Special Jury Prize at Clermont-Ferrand 2023, and the experimental film "La Peau de L’Autre", which begins production in 2022. He is also developing his first feature film, "Ce Qui Nous Sépare" (You Were Always An Island).
