Falling Prey
Synopsis
Thomas can neither accept nor change what he is: a pedophile. His perversion is a burden and his abstinence a struggle. At his daughter's birthday party, his path crosses that of little Mathilde. What should have been an ordinary event becomes a real ordeal for him.

David Guiraud
After studying cinema at the Sorbonne, he became assistant director on the feature film "Le Serpent" (Fidélité FILMS) in 2005. At the age of just 23, he became one of the founders of the production company ADASTRA FILMS, set up in 2008 to produce and direct his first short film, "Le Tonneau des Danaïdes", which was selected in some 20 countries by over 40 international festivals. He then worked on a number of corporate films for which he was artistic director. He completed his second short film "L'Assistante" in 2012 (selected in Palm Springs and 1st Prize at the Festival du Film Français d’Helvétie) and his third short film "En Proie" in 2016, bought by France 2. Also an editor, David Guiraud edited "Brides", the feature film by Tinatin Kajrishvili, selected for Tribeca, Busan and the Berlinale - Panorama section, where the film won an Audience Award. He is currently working on his first feature film.
