Turkey Jeanne
Synopsis
At 13 years old, Jeanne is still a child. Her only friend, a turkey living in her garden and speaking to her in her head, keeps telling her that growing up is betraying yourself. But in high school, Jeanne is stirred by Laurène, who triggers a desire for change in her. The turkey is willing to do anything to stop it. No matter if it hurts.

Pauline Ouvrard
Pauline Ouvrard was born and raised in Nantes, she joined la Fémis school in Paris, where she studied scriptwriting. Graduated in 2016, she now accompanies filmmakers of her generation as co-screenwriter on their short and feature films. At the same time, she develops her own stories, fond of a tone of strangeness, a biting humor and marginal characters. "Turkey Jeanne" is her first short film as a director.
