Synopsis
Émile, 8 years old, is enjoying the last warm evenings of summer with his sister Françoise. As they scan the sky for shooting stars, their contemplation is interrupted by an act of unspeakable cruelty.

Julie Charette
Julie Charette studied visual arts and animated film at Concordia University, where she developed a keen interest in messy media, traditional animation and working behind the camera. It was there that she directed her graduation film, Dents de lait, which was selected for numerous international film festivals. Since then, she has been working as an animator on various independent short and feature-length films.
