The missing piece
Synopsis
After her grandmother’s passing, Alma travels to Greece in order to find the missing piece of a jewel, given to her by her relative before her death. During this initiatory journey in her grandma's footsteps, Alma shall go not only through the grieving process, but eventually find another missing piece: the one tied to her desire for life.

Alma Jodorowsky
Alma Jodorowsky is a French actress, director, and musician. After training in theater—notably at the Studio Théâtre d’Asnières and the New York Film Academy—she appeared in Abdellatif Kechiche’s Blue Is the Warmest Color, which won the Palme d’Or at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival. Since then, Alma has appeared in numerous feature films and series, both in France and internationally including L’Ennemi by Stephan Streker and The Serpent with Tahar Rahim on Netflix. Most recently, Alma played the lead role in the series Split, based on a story by feminist author Iris Brey, which aired on france.tv Slash in late 2023, and starred in Alexis Langlois’s Les Reines du drame, presented at Critics’ Week. After directing numerous music videos for her band and for several artists on the French pop and alternative scene, Alma is branching out into fiction filmmaking with her short films L’Aînée (2023) and La part manquante (2026).
