17 out of 1350!! Like every year, it was heartbreaking not to be able to show all the films we loved in competition! Once again, we will seek to offer a range of diversity that short films allow. Also, for several years, we have been surprised that half of the films we receive are first films!

“The world of tomorrow, whatever happens, belongs to us” they said to galvanize us with hope for a less crazy society! If the progress of the world remains worrying, it is encouraging to note that more than half of the films selected in competition are first works and that it is therefore the youngest among us (the others therefore!) who are striving to search for new tones, subjects and forms.
